Atlassian stopped selling Opsgenie on June 4, 2025 and ends support on April 5, 2027. On that date Opsgenie is retired and, per Atlassian, any data you haven't migrated is deleted. WarnFire inventories your setup and makes compatibility gaps explicit before you rebuild or cut over a paging path.

Provider-specific adapters normalize monitoring alarms, and a PagerDuty-compatible endpoint accepts the Events API v2 body shape. Point a supported alert channel at its WarnFire endpoint and test the complete paging path before cutover.

PagerDuty-compatible event bodies

A sender that supports a custom PagerDuty Events API v2 endpoint can keep its event body shape. Replace the destination URL and use a WarnFire integration key as the routing key.

Every adapter consumes a monitoring rule changing state—the thing that should page someone—not raw logs or metric streams. A console mapping preview and a real Send test let you confirm the paging path before you rely on it.

Pricing you can predict

Every allowance has a name and a limit.

Push and email are free. SMS and voice use separate monthly pools, with prepaid top-ups only when you choose them. A seat is one enabled person; paging and console access under the same email count once. The SMS pool grows with the team — 250 credits per seat, shared across the workspace — so a bigger rota is not rationed like a smaller one.
