Push and email are free on every available plan. SMS and voice use separate monthly allowances and prepaid balances. Inbound and outbound limits are explicit, and automatic credit purchases happen only when you enable auto-recharge.
Plans
Core incident response is not held hostage by a premium tier. Plans scale seats, included paid-channel credits, and paid-send throughput.

Contact usWarnFire counts distinct enabled email addresses across paging and console access. Giving the same person both capabilities still counts once. Paid subscriptions reconcile seat quantity hourly. Added seats are invoiced immediately for the proration; decreases create a credit for the next invoice. A Founding 50 account keeps its founding per-seat price when its seat count changes.
Monthly allowances
The SMS allowance scales with your team: every seat adds 250 credits to one shared monthly pool, so a twelve-person rota is not rationed like a two-person one. Monthly included allowances reset. Purchased prepaid credits roll over. A trial is different: its credits are granted once, at signup, and are not refilled. A domestic text uses one SMS credit; a domestic call uses one voice credit.

| Team | 250 × seats | 30 | Free | Free | SMS and voice separate |

One domestic SMS segment costs 1 SMS credit. One domestic voice call costs 1 voice credit.
Seats contribute 250 credits each to a single pool the whole workspace draws on. Nobody has a personal quota to run out of mid-incident.
International SMS credit rates vary by destination and encoded carrier segment. The live catalog below is authoritative.
500 for $15 · 2,000 for $50 · 10,000 for $200.
100 for $10 · 500 for $40 · 2,500 for $150.
WarnFire uses the monthly allowance first, then prepaid credits. A 10-credit overdraft grace can carry a live incident below zero; further paid sends stop until credits are restored.
If you enable it, WarnFire buys your selected pack at its low threshold, with at most two purchase attempts for that channel in any rolling 24 hours.
Live SMS destination catalog
Credits are charged for each carrier-billed segment. GSM messages and Unicode messages have different segment lengths. International sending is off by default.

Two independent safety controls
Inbound trigger limits protect the incident system from alert storms. Outbound limits protect provider spend. They are separate—high event volume does not spend notification credits by itself.
| Plan | Trigger events / minute / key | Paid credits / minute | Paid credits / hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trial | 60 | 10 | 80 |
| Team | 300 | 30 | 200 |
| Business | 1,000 | 40 | 300 |
| Enterprise | 5,000 | 100 | 1,000 |
The inbound ceiling applies to fresh trigger events. Acknowledge and resolve lifecycle events do not consume it.
Each integration key can be set below its plan ceiling to contain a noisy source. A key cannot raise the workspace's plan ceiling.
Idempotent replays do not consume another trigger slot, so well-behaved sender retries remain safe.
Push and email consume neither paid credits nor outbound paid-credit limits.
When a paid channel is unavailable or its credits are exhausted, WarnFire can continue through free push and email when those channels are selected in the escalation policy.
